I love the Stellar Labs Vanilla Whey Protein Shake! I have had a hard time finding a protein shake mix that is low FODMAP. This product fits the bill perfectly! It’s tasty & doesn’t cause gut issues for me like some competitors do. The product itself is 5 stars! The delivery of this product was quick & seamless on my first order. However, on my second order the delivery & customer service has been a very frustrating one-star experience. My product arrived at my local post office in three days, but the company had scrambled my address so the post office sent it back as there was no such address. As there is no phone number for the company, I emailed their customer service explaining the problem & asked for help to resolve it. Their response? “Weird. What is your address?” Five days after sending my address, & two more emails asking what they will do to help me, they indicated that they will send me “a new one”. Now it’s been 16 days since I placed my order. No product. No apologies or explanations. No offer to compensate me for this extended delay. No word when my order of two containers of shake mix will even arrive. I would buy from a competitor, but haven’t found any product that meets my dietary needs like this one. I HOPE that I actually receive my order. Stellar Labs indeed has a great product. They just need to improve their very poor customer service to match the quality of their product.

The taste of this flavor is too fake and the texture is too frothy. I won’t buy again.

I waited almost 2 months for the vanilla whey protein to come in stock. Then decided ( because I was tired and disappointed from waiting so long ) to get the Carmel instead. I do enjoy the Carmel very much but would still like to purchase a vanilla when in stock .
